TCS — Full and Final Settlement tickets are not being checked in TCS Alumni Portal

I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services. I am not able to view any of the documents in that portal, including my payslips or FFS statements. I raised a ticket on 2-Aug, but it was not attended yet. I raised another ticket as a reminder to that 902599 on 10-Aug. Two times it was marked "Resolved" with same copy paste comments, but issue is still persisting.
