TCS — Interview process

Interview process is too slow. I got an offer with TCS 21 months back and I wasn't able to join them back then, which I had notified them promptly. However, despite multiple follow ups, the profile is still reflecting as BGC scheduled. I am unable to attend any interviews with TCS now, due to the same.

Have been dropping emails after e-mails for which there's no response. HRs don't have a clue as well on what's to be done in this scenario.
