TCS — pf transfer not settled

Dear tcs employee's provident fund trust,
Hiranandhini estate, patlipada,
Thane west,

I have submitted the pf transfer request and i sent that hard copies of form 13 to the below address

"corporate hr - employee welfare services
Olympus"a"wing, 13th floor, odc l.
Opp. Rodas enclave, hiranandani estate.
Ghodbunder road, patlipada.
Thane west - 400607."

The shipment got delivery successfully. It's been nearly 3 months & there is no response on my pf transfer request.
Kindly help me in quick pf transfer settlement.
