TCS — pf withdrawal delay

I (551377) have sent my pf withdrawal supporting documents from tcs internal courier to the mentioned address and have updated required documents in alumini portal. This i have done in january 2019. I have raised many tickets in portal to check the update. Epfo website is showing no claims available for my uan number. Tcs isn't responding to my tickets. Need help on this

I too have a same experience with TCS. Recently I have submitted the transfer request through EPFO portal. waiting for their response. They are not at all reading complaints and simply closing the tickets in alumni portal.
