TCS — Rejected after qualifying interview and also submitting all documents.

I recently gave interview in tcs virtually. After qualifying all rounds Hr sent me a mail for documents. I provided releving letter salary slips experience letters joining letter uan history uan card everything of my last two company only the first company i worked with had given me salary in cash which was my start of career so i did not have any documents of that. But i provided all documents of my second and third company. Hr told me my adhar card and pan card photo is childhood photo which is an absurd reason and told me just coz my first ever office gave me salary in cash they will not take me inspite of giving all documents of my previous two company. They are doing scam with candidates and internally hiring their own candidates.
