I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am facing with HR, and to humbly request your support in resolving it.
Last year, I was available and reported to the office whenever RMG called me. I also attended all required trainings, sessions, courses, interviews, sincerely. Despite this, HR asked me to apply for Leave Without Pay (LWP) citing my prior absence as "prolonged, " even though I was available and in touch throughout.
I had repeatedly requested for a transfer, but unfortunately, I was not supported. Eventually, due to pressure and lack of clarity, I had no option but to submit my resignation. After that, I was again told to apply for LWP, which I did, as instructed by HR.
During this time, I had clearly asked HR about my salary — whether there would be any impact. I was assured that my leaves would be adjusted and there would be no issue. Based on this assurance, I followed their instructions in good faith.
Now, I have received a recovery notice from the Full and Final Settlement team. I was never informed that this would happen, and I was completely unaware of this financial implication. I have written several emails to HR explaining this, but unfortunately, I have not received any resolution.
Given my financial situation, it is not possible for me to pay the recovery amount. I feel this has happened due to lack of communication and forced decisions made without complete information shared with me.
I kindly request your support and intervention in this matter, as I am sincerely seeking a fair resolution.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
