TCS — tcs pf withdrawal

Dear sir/madam,

This is with ref to my pf amount withdrawal.
I am pooja sen and i was an employee of cmc after marge tcs employee (Emp id 1111425) as contract assignee.

I want to transfer my pf balance. Please provide me the epf and eps statements.
And also i have observed that my pf amount from tcs is not reflecting in my uan passbook.
Can you please help me, how can i transfer/link my pf account balance to my uan?

There is tcs alumni portal for all this but i am not able to register there. I am not sure why? I sent out email to tcs but did not got any reply from tcs.
