TCS — unable to login to tcs alumni portal

Hi,

My name is nikita sharma, (Employee id :1404121). My last working day was[protected]. I received full and final settlement on[protected] after sending millions of mails. I asked to pay the dues to the company for my relieving or experience letter. I paid the entire amount on[protected]. They send me a mail to update the same on tcs alumni portal. Clicked on link, unable to logged in. I clicked on forget password to reset my password but didn't get any link to reset password. Still waiting for the same.
Document is very important to update for getting a relieving letter.

Kindly provide the reset password link or new password.
