I have worked with tcs for 3.5 years and left the company in march, 2018. Ever since i am out of country. I got the mail regarding pf withdrawal, for which i had requested some information, as in how to proceed, around 10 days back, i waited for 3-4 days and there was no response. Due to the time zone issues (Which is approx 9.5 hours of difference) i was unable to call them up. Since yesterday i have been trying to login to the alumni portal, in order to seek some response, but it says incorrect password. The forget password option doesn't work. So i called up the customer care number. The receptionist transferred the call 4-5 times to the portal dept, and the pf dept; but no one responds back. Now i am awake at 3 am right now, just to sort out the pf settlement etc, but there is no one to respond back.
I cannot stay awake every night just in order to get the issues resolved. At least there should be someone to respond.
Can someone help me?
