Our bus from pune was scheduled at 8 pm on 2nd sep. Bus driver called us at 7.30 and told that bus is on the way. We took boarding location from MMT app however looks like it was not correct location. Kindly check if location provided by you is correct.
Driver called us at 7.45 around asked where are we. We told him multiple times that we will reach by 8 however he didn't listen and said he won't be waiting for us. I told him that bus timing is at 8pm but he said he don't care from where we booked tickets.. First thing location and time given in MMT is wrong and bus driver didn't even care if you have given 8 PM.
