One of the ridiculous service I have ever experienced today...
I booked a cab service from Bangalore Airport to a destination in Bangalore using MMT.
I paid in advance and received a confirmation from MMT that I will get the driver details up to 15 minutes prior to the arrival.

My arrival was at 10:05 but 15 minute after landing also I did not receive any updated
so I was helpless and trying to contact...

Our bus from pune was scheduled at 8 pm on 2nd sep. Bus driver called us at 7.30 and told that bus is on the way. We took boarding location from MMT app however looks like it was not correct location. Kindly check if location provided by you is correct.

I’m trying to cancel the bus ticket 72 hours prior to departure from the source. But when I try to cancel it it shows zero hours before departure hence zero refund though the bus was still 72 hours away from departure. They are doing a fraud by showing zero hours prior to departure from source.

I tried to book bus ticket via Flipkart, the booking party is Make my trip, i tried calling on mmt cc number but in vague, i am not even able to trace info anywhere.
My money was deducted but ticket didn't book so i booked again .
Please help me with the refund of the amount deducted for technical issue which is 3402 rs only...

I got my flight cancellation refund and I opted for transfer to bank account. The amount I transferred had never reach my account or in my main account balance. And I know bank is not responsible for this because money isn't transferred....

This is a complaint regarding my refund for the cancellation of my Flight. A refund of Rs. 6402 was given to my MMT wallet. Online hotel was booked from mmt on 8th dec 19. I received confirmation message for booking of the hotel. After reaching the hotel and interacting with the hotel authorities, check in was denied saying that the hotel and mmt are having issues over financial matters. The time was 2300 hrs. I contacted mmt and i was assured that i would receive call in 10-15 mins for resolution. However even after calling mmt repeatedly no response was received...

MMT is doing some frauds with customer. I booked hotel in Gurgaon Hotel aadhar using Make my Trip. NH[protected]. When i checked out hotel refused to accept card and took cash and also refused to provide bill. I contacted MMT immediately they said we will provide you the invoice and we need company address and GSTN number of your company than after 14 days of my follow up they simply refused providing me the same.

Its a fraud...
