One of the ridiculous service I have ever experienced today...
I booked a cab service from Bangalore Airport to a destination in Bangalore using MMT.
I paid in advance and received a confirmation from MMT that I will get the driver details up to 15 minutes prior to the arrival.
My arrival was at 10:05 but 15 minute after landing also I did not receive any updated
so I was helpless and trying to contact the ever busy customer care number but the call got disconnected suddenly while on call
I received cab details at around 10:30 but surprisingly the number provided was NOT IN SERVICE, i looked for the cab number and kept on calling the driver, after failing all this attempts I booked another cab and prior t that I had to cancel my booking and I received an update(This time immediately) saying my booking has been cancelled and I get zero refund as per the terms and conditions...
This can happen with brand like MMT in India, and nobody is bothered about the loss
This looks like a big scam where they are making easy money without providing any services...I hope someone is listening to this and I may get my refund Was this information helpful? |
