Teak and Oak — Quality issue on the Sofa and Poor response

I have purchased the sofa from Teak and Oak, OMR, Chemmanechery, Chennai on 12.11.2022. Within 3 months the sofa cushion started to go deep due to poor quality in manufacturing. The product which i saw in the showroom was quiet good where as the product given was poorly manufactured. I made a complaint to the manager in Teak and Oak but was not responsive. After a month of follow up, the manager gave the Carpenter contact number but he was also non responsive with rude behaviour.
I am attaching the pictures of the sofa. If there is no proper resolution on this matter, according consumer act 1986, severe damages shall be claimed for the poor production and response.
