Non delivery of sofa sets even after 4 months

I ordered a sofa sets on 29th Nov and paid the full amount .But the delivery of sofa sets on 20th Dec was not according to our order.They took the measurement in all the directions of the house before the sofas delivered. Had a requirement to get the sofa repaired and when approached the showroom it was promised that the service will be completed by Monday (21/nov/2022) and full bill amount was paid. But the complete commitment changed by the time the product was picked...
Mental agony and stress is being increased...
This showroom at Velachery seems to focussed on getting the money credited and then be least bothered of customer service....

Quality issue on the Sofa and Poor response

I have purchased the sofa from Teak and Oak, OMR, Chemmanechery, Chennai on 12.11.2022. Within 3 months the sofa cushion started to go deep due to poor quality in manufacturing. Computer table-Poor workmanship

I have ordered a computer table with Teak and Oak Velacherry .This was delivered late and the workmanship is poor. The edges are sharp causing injury. The table is designed such that no space for foot rest. When contacted the Velacherry branch, they said we can not do anything for the table, this is the level of workmanship our product will have .

Sofa cushion.

I had ordered for sofa cushion in Pallavaram branch of teak and oak on 20th August 2021. The contracted rate of rupees 7000 was paid in one shot on same day with a promise to deliver the cushion on 27th August. On 26th August I received a call that the cost is rupees 15000. When I asked for cancellation of my order they did not respond properly asking me to mail them over and over again. 8 days after booking I am yet to get my money back....

Delay in delivery, never responding to phone calls

I made a custom order for a sofa, they committed 15 days, but it took multiple follow ups by personally going to the shop, as they didn't pick up my calls. I got my sofa after 2 months. When I asked for a compensation discount for the inconvenience caused, they promised to give a teak wood instead, for which again I followed up but finally they didn't gave any compensation at all... sofa and dining table

I purchased a sofa and dining table about 1.5 years ago. The quality of the products is very poor. The chairs of dining got broken. The table is shaking and cannot be tightened. And bottom covering of the sofa got torn and i noticed the wood used for the sofa is of poor quality. Extremely unhappy with the products. Looks like i cannot repair or resell these products. I tried to contact the branch where i purchased it. It is closed down completely....

sofa set is not a good quality

Sofa set purchased for inr.40, 000. Not at all a good quality, same communicated to the furniture shop multiple times but no response.

Damaged material n poor customer service by this shop. And delayed delivery of 2nd set more than 1 1/2 months.

Even shared details shop md too but no response, after investment of 40k with bad material n pathetic service was unacceptable.

maharaja sofa set

I purchased a Maharaja sofa set last month, But while selling they told we will do the polish and deliver. But they delivered without doing anything and they told we will do in your home within 2 days, Now almost morethan 30 days and I am keep on calling the showroom and they are telling the same story "we will come tomorrow". It is really disappointment.

We have lost our patience as they didn't keep up their words for more than 10 times.. worst delivery experience

Ordered a wooden sofa on 20-aug-2018. They promised delivery in 1 week which is 27-aug-2018. But till 5-sep-2018 which is nearly 15 days product is not delivered. Also there is more false promises on the delivery date, whenever we try to call the store they say delivery will be done on same day and the same repeated for nearly 6 days. Very worst experience....

sofa not delivered even after one month of booking

I have ordered sofa on 26th may and teak n oak has promissed to deliver in 10 working days. Its been more than one month now still i havent received the sofa.
I have been calling the representative everyday and getting the same answer that sofa will be delivered today evening. All are false promises

poor customer service and fraud

I hate this furniture showroom and do not recommend this to the buyers.

They are fooling the customers by highlighting there is 2 years warranty and 5 years warranty, when we approached for repairing or replacing our dinning table chairs which was purchased 1 year back and leg got completely broken..
