This has been informed to your Service Engineer who has visited the house just one month back and taken photograph. I got his muber from Saravana Stores, Madley Road, West Mambalam. Service Engineer came from west mambalam, Chennai. I forget his number and name also. Till date, no reply from him. I have ben informed that, company is shifting from one premises to another premises and could be the reason for not telling proper answer. 2 chairs are of this category and are occupying the unwanted space in my flat.
