I have purchased a artificial leather sofa in start of 2013. Teak and Oak sales person sold me 3+2 seater sofa by saying that this material of leather is of high quality and will last long. But after 2years, the material colour got faded and the seating side of the 3-seater got torned.
I requested the firm to get the sofa repaired. The firm has provided the service person number. I reached out to that service guy named 'Sasikumar' by phone. He asked me to send the picture of sofa in whatsapp which i did. But even after that no proper respose from his side. So I reached out again and then he said to go and give the sample material to the velachery showroom. I have spent my 1hr of time to and fro just to do that. Inspite after that there was no communication from his side. After a month he called and said that the material in that colour is not available and told us to visit the showroom again and pick some similar colour shades so that he can repair it.
So it looks like this 3 seater would be in different colour and the 2 seater will in old material colour. The firm doesnt bother about the existing customer satisfaction at all. They have also told me that the repairing charge would be 2000. Though i am ready to pay and get it repaired the same material isnt available and the response from service end is very poor.
I am very unsatisfied and will never recommend teak and oak to my friends and family. I hope the company take this as a serious issue and resolve it.
