Teak N Oak — Bellini artificial leather sofa set worth 35k has its skin getting torn even with minimal use - bought on 8-4-2015 bill no 2386

I am posting this after unanswered repeated follow ups and after experiencing the completely dissatisfied customer service from Teak N OAK Annanagar branch. I bought this 3+2 seater sofa from this so called branded shop after reading about the same in a newspaper which posted a full page ad with lot of exciting offers with slashed prices and guarantee for upto 5 years. Let me list down the peril Of buying from them, 1) The product showed in the showroom and the product delivered were different(look-wise same but comfort will be a question mark). when asked they replied that it will become soft on use. 2) The guy swiped by card first and when i asked for the guarantee card he refused to give the same.he promised me that the sofa will be repaired if in-case if there is any problem. please have the bill alone and that will be more than enough. this was my mistake that i believed his word. 3) On complaining the issue and after personal visits to their showroom they finally sent a carpenter who finally had a visual assessment and told me that this peeling of leatherette wont cover under guarantee. then the guarantee is for the frame alone and does that cost 33k? 4) The last point is very poor customer service and follow up. They merely treat a customer cheap and fyi they have a customer service team for this kind of service. Finally i would like to put a note that these guys are not up-to mark for their quality and the pricing is totally unfair for the kind of stuffs they deliver. Just wanted to warn all my fellow mates that please don't get cheated like me and especially with TEAK N OAK its a big NOOOOO for quality furniture's. Thanks, Prashanth Sathiaseelan
