Teak N Oak — Computer table-Poor workmanship

I have ordered a computer table with Teak and Oak Velacherry .This was delivered late and the workmanship is poor. The edges are sharp causing injury. The table is designed such that no space for foot rest. When contacted the Velacherry branch, they said we can not do anything for the table, this is the level of workmanship our product will have .
I have requested them to look in to the issue and they agreed to send the person for repairing. This is only name sake. So far no one had turned up.
