I have purchased 3 door cupboard during Nov-2016 for Rs.18000/- from Urapakkam outlet & Cupboard door got damaged within 3 month o[censored]sage.
It is so pathetic to see the way customers are getting handled at teaknoak.
During purchasing we saw sample piece & finalised cupboard; it was told to us that this is imported quality compressed wood material & warranty will be provided for 5 years. But during installation itself i was informed to fitter that doors alignment is not proper but fitter ignored my words. Now within 3 months one of the door got damaged & came out.
I approached to Urapakkam outlet for highlighting this issue & informed them I want replacement for this cupboard as quality & installation is not proper.
Respective officer informed me we will inspect the failure then only decision will be taken on replacement.
After inspection fitter told me evaluated value for that cupboard is Rs.4000/-
I am surprised that how Rs.18000/- cupboard is getting depreciated to Rs.4000/- for there quality issue.
Last 2 days I am trying to connect with customer care but there is no response & my calls are unanswered.
This very very poor response from teaknoak to their customers.
I will now educate the peoples in my contacts that dont purchase any thing from teaknoak as their aftersales customer response is not good. Also products are not with good quality.
Requesting team kindly look into the mattar & get it resolved.
