Teak N Oak — mm sofa set color fading & outer layer damage

I bought a mm sofa set 3+1+1 at teak 'n' oak in urapakkam branch, i have the problem in my sofa set -
1. Color fading issue (Damage our cloth), 2. Un uniformed cushion (Out look spoiled), 3. Loose stitching of cushion cover, 4. Outer coating damage, 5. Late delivery.
I phone to the showroom (3 times), but not response.
