Teak N Oak — sofa and dining table

I purchased a sofa and dining table about 1.5 years ago. The quality of the products is very poor. The chairs of dining got broken. The table is shaking and cannot be tightened. And bottom covering of the sofa got torn and i noticed the wood used for the sofa is of poor quality. Extremely unhappy with the products. Looks like i cannot repair or resell these products. I tried to contact the branch where i purchased it. It is closed down completely. I am not sure how these can be repaired. I suggest not to go to these people.
