Teak N Oak — Sofa cushion.

I had ordered for sofa cushion in Pallavaram branch of teak and oak on 20th August 2021. The contracted rate of rupees 7000 was paid in one shot on same day with a promise to deliver the cushion on 27th August. On 26th August I received a call that the cost is rupees 15000. When I asked for cancellation of my order they did not respond properly asking me to mail them over and over again. 8 days after booking I am yet to get my money back. The customer care is extremely rude. The branch staff totally unprofessional. I had to call them on multiple occasions to get my money back and I am yet to receive my money back.
