Order date : 04/23 trade center fair
Product ordered : oscar sofa, king size cot, bed
Promised days for delivery : 10 days

Day 09 : 05/02 - called up teak and oak customer care and reminded of my order deliver due the next day.
Day 10 : 05/03 - no responses from teak and oak

Day 13 : got defective delivery of cot, bed alone. Immediately escalated to teak and oak team.

Day 19 : still struggling to get the cot defect corrected. + waiting for sofa delivery.

After speaking to hr, store manager - understood that they are undergoing a mamanement/workers problem (Internal) and so could not serve their customers better.
Requesting new customers to stay away from teak and oak shop.

Updated by bala_9292 Received a call today 08/10 nearly 3 months later of delivering the defective Cot, sofa.
The Executive says he is voided salary as the payment not received for sofa.

I have clearly mentioned to him that my COT and SOFA are not up to satisfaction and on providing the same as feedback - no actions taken. After 3 months they are asking for payment from unhappy customer.

My only response - Take back all your stuff and return my money back.

Is there anything more a consumer do ?

Worst in delivery poor response from the delivery team. Order the cot they said with in 10 will deliver it but still it is not delivered. They said material not available while asking for refund they refusing it.
