Dear Sir, I am Swapnali Mandhare was a employee of Team Lease Services Pvt ltd with Emp No: 687766. I left this organization 7 months back. I have submitted all my PF claim documents dated 24th November 2015 at Andheri (Mumbai) office but I didn't get my PF amount even though 45 days over and continuation follow up. I got acknowledgement copy from Team Lease for submission of Application form 456729 at Andheri office and the Team Lease provided me the email id and Contact number. I have been trying to contacting the office over phone but no body is picking up the phone. and no reply for my mails. It is inconvenient to visit to office to me. I am worked with gcpl Godrej Consumer products Limited I am submitted my pf witdwaral from last 5.5.2019
But my pf not reflected in my A/c My Imp. Code is 1443020 plz check n reply me.
