Teamlease Services Pvt. Ltd. — Delay in getting pension refund

Dear Sir/Madam I worked with TeamLease Services Pvt.Ltd from 17/10/212 to 31/03/2015 and got my PF amount with in few days. I had requested to withdraw my EPS amount but till now I didn't get money. My previous company had processed and sent documents to Banglore PF office on 15 July-2015. My applications was filled with EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND ORGANISATION, BHAVISHYANIDHI BHAVAN, , P B NO.2584, NO.13, RAJA RAM MOHAN ROY ROAD, BANGALORE 560 025 Form 10C acct BGBNG[protected] and Claim ID BGBNG[protected], please provide me status of the withdraw request.
