Tech- Brainte It Training — Fraud- Not Refunding my money

It all began with me posting my Resume for a Job on various online recruitment platforms as I am looking for Job openings. I got a call in a few days from Cabgolin Pharma ltd company and they asked me to do a course on IPSS modeller 18(V3) before conducting the final round (salary discussion) as a part of pre- employment process and sent me a google form saying that I need to fill the form and I would recieve a call from an institute to learn the SPSS modeler . Soon after, I received a call from Tech-Brainte training Institute saying that they will provide me the course for 15, 000 excluding GST. I paid the amount of Rs 17698.82 including GST to "Anupam Kachhap". Next day when I researched more about the company and Institute, I got to know there is no company as such named "Cabgolin Pharma" and they have made rental website with each and every content copied of huge Pharma company - "Bioclinica". They are fraud and doing scam from a very long time by everytime changing name of company and training Institute. At very next moment I called them that I will not be doing any training so please refund my money they started ignoring my calls. All this is a big racket and I got in trap.The training Institute is fraudulently extracting money from people in the name of ibm spss modeller 18(v3). I have enough proof of all call recordings and mails that can completely shut down this racket. I request Mr "Anupam Kachhap' to kindly revert back immediately.
Please help me to get refund my amount Rs 17698.82.
