Tech- Brainte It Training — Tech- Brainte It Training Fraud- Not Refunding my money

I was looking for a job opportunity and got a call in a few days from Cabgolin Pharma ltd company (Banglore) and they asked me to do a course on
IPSS modeller before conducting the final round as a part of pre- employment process and sent me a google form saying that I need to fill the form and
I would receive a call from an institute to learn the SPSS modeler on 26th Mar 21.

Soon after, I received a call from Tech-Brainte training (Vikas)
Institute saying that they will provide me the course for 15, 000 excluding GST.
I paid the amount of Rs 17698.82 including GST to "Anupam Kachhap".

All it took only 2 days to complete this process and I never thought that can be a fraud.
When I researched more about the company and Institute, I got to know there is no company as such named "Cabgolin Pharma".

Almost after 12-15 days they started my Training after my continuous calls, the training session was below average. It was 10 days plan but I only received a 4 days lecture.

After couple of days the trainer (Jenni) got too busy that she started ignoring my messages and when I asked about my exam, she confirmed that she has already left the institute and now she can't teach me, Come on it wasn't my issue. She had suggested to discuss with counselor but now I'm calling those people
and they are not answering my calls.

They are fraud and doing scam from a very long time by every time changing name of company and training Institute.

I request Mr "Anupam Kachhap' to kindly revert back immediately.
Please help me to get refund my amount Rs 17698.82.
