Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited — Defective laptop received

Its under 7 days replacement policy please replace my laptop which i purchased, im a student and my exams are on way, please help nad resolve my issue as soon as possible, i even sent a mail on their official mail id that is "[protected]@techretail.in"
