I ordered acer aspire 7 from flipkart on 10 august and raised replacement on 12 due to defective screen. There was not response from them. On 17 i raised several complaints with them but nothing happened and today on 18 replacement got rejected with return policy expired

i also purchase asus vivibook gaming laptop. I orderd it at 14 aug2020 & it deliverd on 20 aug 2020 but its batrry found dead. the return policy of flipkart is worst. they says 27aug a technician visit your home to see the fualt of your system but no one visit my house.
