So i wanted to know that, if mobile phone is not allowed in the office as per the company policy according to the discussion with hr, so why should you're not inform before joining. Why you're inform after crossed 13days of joining. If mobile phones are not allowed in the office, why other employees are allowed to excess their mobile phones. If you're hiring someone without offer letter, how he worked with you and completed of 10days you're issued offer letter. After received offer letter that person knowing that he got salary less than his old salary and how you offer a person in executive u1 band position, who have lot of experience and manager position in his all previous employer without any disclosure. How you're offer salary less than his previous salary. Mobile phones not allowed for your call center employees we can understand but you're not allowed mobile phones who working for finance but you're allowed mobile phone for manager or am.
