I am very sorry to inform you that my ticket[protected] status still now showing under process, even i was shared all required documents for FFS amount. As discussed over the call on 4th November, I will get my FFS amount in running this week, but i did not get it.
Even i also inform you that my ticket has been re-opened 3 times and escalate for 1 time. I am very disappointment about tech Mahindra FFS amount recovery service. I am not expected about the same.
My pending request expected resolution date also showing wrong. Below the snap for your reference.
My humble request to you, please provide any details for finance team to connect them or any higher authority for resolve this case.
2nd November 2022- create the ticket and upload the bank document as per your information.
4th November- Close my ticket and they are asking for the required bank details format. I have already re-open the same request and given required bank details format as per the same.
4th November- As discussed over call and the confirmation received from the concerned team kindly wait for 4-5 business days to process the amount.
8th November- closed my ticket and asking for cancelled cheque of your particular account. Upload the cancelled cheque has been attached successfully as per required form concerned team.
10 November- Still ticket status In progress. Expected resolution date also showing wrong.

As discussed over the call, i don't have Kotak Bank/HSBC/SBI/HDFC/ICICI/Citi Bank /DBS/Axis/IDBI/SCB account. As per the concerned team required my Bank of india cancelled cheque, i already shared to them on same ticket. Below the resolution snap form the concerned team which i received form them.
