Tech Mahindra — For about conversion of satyam share to tech mahindra

Sir,
I have 1000nos of share of satyam and this share is converted to tech mahindra. But this tech. Mahindra share was not stored in my sharekhan account. At that time my sharekhan account is temparory closed in 2008. Then i have transfered my account to surat. My old client id is 142699. And my new client id is 341099. Plz reply in my email id. So plz. Help me regarding this matter.
