Tech Mahindra — My registration is not applicable it's show as already login account but I was registered in 11/4/2020 I even didn't get mail.

I didn't get any mail from tech Mahindra last year but i ave registered for it. Now for 2021 assessment it's not allow me to get registered. It's showing as already used mail ID or u hv an account. But it was 2020's account registration pin even though submitting that pin I'm not able to get open that account. Please provide me a login credential registration pin for 2021 assessment. Thank you.
