Tech Mahindra — need to change the name in the company records as per aadhar

My name is registered as srividya vuddanti in techmahindra records as per passport, now when i am doing kyc for pf transfer aadhar card is not verified because in aadhar name is registered as merugu srividya. It is getting conflict. Please tell me the process how to change the name in company records, i want to withdraw the pf amount. I am Neelam Rani and my employee code is 103909. I am trying to call in this company to get my epf number but no one is picking up call. I also visited there then a concern person said that the admin is on leave who provide epf number. So kindly help me to get my epf number.

I had never seen such pathetic organisation like Tech Mahindra. I had sent multiple emails and din't get even a single response. Then I raised request from the Tech M internal portal to update my details on UAN, still it's pending from their end. They do not provide proper resolution and no direct contact number to get in touch with the concerned team/person. Now, I feel like, I had donated my PF money to Tech Mahindra . WORST ORGANIZATION.
