Tech Mahindra — Non-Payment of Training Stipend

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the non-payment of my training stipend and the unprofessional conduct I have experienced during my employment at Tech Mahindra. I joined the company on May 6th and unfortunately had to resign from my position on June 7th due to the presence of deep partiality and a lack of support from my team leader.

Upon submitting my resignation, I requested the release of my training stipend, as advised by the HR representative. I was instructed to update my bank and PAN details on the appropriate portal, and it was not until June 8th that I received my login credentials for the portal. This delay of six days occurred despite me obtaining certification on June 1st, prior to my resignation. During this entire period, I did not receive my stipend, nor did I receive the necessary login credentials to access the portal.

During the training sessions, a HR representative clearly stated that the training stipend would be released soon after certification. However, after promptly updating my bank details on June 13th and approaching the HR department regarding my stipend, I was suddenly informed that it had been held due to my resignation. Furthermore, I was advised that I would have to wait for up to 60 working days to receive the stipend. It is crucial to highlight that no prior information was provided, either in writing or verbally, regarding the stipend hold upon resignation. I have not been given any written documents or information pertaining to the stipend hold either.

In addition to the stipend issues, I have experienced significant difficulties in receiving timely and adequate responses from the HR department. On several occasions, my inquiries regarding the stipend were left unanswered, while at other times, I was simply instructed to wait for up to 60 working days. This inconsistent communication has not only exacerbated my financial distress but has also caused immense frustration and stress.

Moreover, I would like to inform you that the delay in uploading my bank and PAN details on the portal was due to my illness. If required, I can provide a copy of the medical prescription as evidence.

Furthermore, I feel compelled to express my disappointment in the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the HR representative during our recent discussion. I was coerced into accepting the prolonged delay o[censored]p to 60 working days, without any consideration for my financial circumstances or the lack of prior information regarding the stipend hold.

Given the continuous lack of resolution and the unprofessional treatment I have encountered, I humbly request your immediate intervention in this matter. I kindly ask that you investigate the situation, take appropriate action against those responsible, and ensure the prompt release of my stipend. I believe it is essential to address these issues to uphold the company's reputation and maintain a fair and respectful working environment for all employees.
