I joined Tech Mahindra on 25th Aug.Then I completed my training and OJT Round Successfully but then 1st time my account got inactive though i was not BTS case.I reported to the trainer immediately but he did not respond for the same for 3 days and then after requesting multiple time he took an action and sent a email to activate my account.
But he did not assign MyTL.After requesting like for 15 days he did not respond.After 15 days there were no SME and TL to support i was taking call by my own..I reported to AM and explained all the things but day after of my complain my account got inactive again
After complaining to obdusman they approved my attendence, salary slip has been generated but it is not credited to my bank account
