Tech Mahindra — Rehire NO

I worked in Tech Mahindra for 15 months after I've to resigned from company as I was getting married. In Dec 2022 again i applied for same company and got selected as well but couldn't join on time as I got trapped by my in laws and couldn't inform to my HR or any other person from team, as i wasn't having any source to contact to my family or anyone. Once I cane to Hyderabad with the support of my family I tried to reach my HR, TL, Trainer and Manager explained all the situations but no one understood. They marked my rehire status as no even my old colleague wrote email explaining my situation even I wrote email but no response. No one tried to understand my situation. I really wanna join Tech Mahindra again can any PLEASE HELP ME.
