Tech Mahindra — Relieving letter not received

My name is Shilpa srivastava. Ex-employee of Tech Mahindra.
I am unable to download or find my relieving letters and have not received any on my email. Requesting you to please send me a relieving letter. As per process, It should be sent via email automatically as login credentials will get disabled after exit.

I have raised the ticket on reconnect but no response . I Need it urgently for my further process in my current organization.
