Tech Mahindra — Result of Hr Interview

I'm Mayur Patil, Currently in 7th sem of Btech in Computer Science in G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Management .I had given HR round of Tech Mahindra on 3rd Nov 2022. after the Hr round, our college tpo declared result of Hr round on 15 nov and said that i'm selected with 5 others in Tech Mahindra.
After 15-20 days later, Our college tpo had said me that Tech Mahindra sent list of 3 student who were selected as ASE out of 6 .
My question is What was the exact result and also why Tech M selected and then Revoked the offer??
