Starting from beggining, I joined Tech Mahindra company for Flipkart CSA (Kolkata) work from home.
The fixed salary was 13273/- in hand and stipend was 300 per day. Training started from 16 July and we received our joining letter from 5 August.
I worked till 4 September and my salary should have been around 18k including stipend for 18 days. But on 30 August, I received only 13k. When I checked the pay slip, it shows my leave to be 11 days but I took off only for 2 days and I was told that it would be adjusted with next month's salary. But due to timings of the job and family health isssues, I discontinued the work from 4 sept and also talked with HR Sourav sir and TL jaspreet singh about it. From, 4 sept itself, I've been messaging TL of the batch for my pending salary but she's ignoring me from 4 sept to today. Only thing she says is I'll try to connect you to HR today but never did so and told me to talk to HR yourself and HR never picked up my call. She's ignoring my messages from 2 days when i told her I'm going to take some action ( will attach ss with this tweet) and no resolution has been provided to me. Its been more than 22 days.
I want my pending salary back and requesting Tech Mahindra authorities to please look into this matter and your employees.
