Tech Mahindra — Torturing HR Team, Salary , Dependent Travel

Hi, I emotionally tortured by TechMahindra.
The issue begins with – I was asked to travel to – Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia . On- 24th April 2022. For the same I have been guided by my reporting Manager (Shafique Shaikh) – He has raised the VISA for 182 Days.
As per TechMahindra Policy, if I am asked to travel for more than 180 Days – I can travel with my dependent.

Moreover, the project is for 8 Months and was expected that the project duration will be extended. I had a call with my reporting Manager before the travel regarding all the policies, salary etc. I also asked that if I could take my dependent & my daughter during the travel. He confirmed that I will be allowed to take and for the same I must bear the expenses. I was ok with that.
As per Saudi Policy – I was asked to go through 1. Gamca Medical Test & 2. PCC- Police Clearance Certificate. Both were cleared and I was asked to submit all the documents to the vendor for Visa Stamping, I have submitted the same and once when I received the VISA – it was a shock that I was given Single Entry - Work Visit Visa= Business Visa. Before booking the Air ticket I checked with my reporting manager regarding the VISA type. He informed me that Saudi Government doesn’t give multiple entry VISA.
Once I reached Saudi Arabia on 24th April, I was asked to submit signed deputation letter and the boarding pass. I submitted the same in TechMahindra Tool.

Now the issue starts regarding salary
I was provided Forex card where the cash will be uploaded once I raise the request for advance travel allowances. But since I raised travel request for more than 180 days I was transferred as Saudi Employee and asked to upload the Saudi bank account (TechMahindra HR Team has confirmed that the mistake was from their end changing my deputation without checking my VISA – Business VISA). But how could a person travelling on Business Visa be allowed to open bank account? – I was denied by Bank officials in Saudi that I am not allowed to open bank account.

So, the 1st issue is that I will not be allowed to bring my Spouse & my daughter. 2nd issue is that I was out of cash and raised a request for advance travel allowance. But I was said that I will not be provided with travel advance and asked to raise a salary advance. Salary advance! Again, I don’t have a Saudi Bank Account!

Initially I was emotionally tortured that I was not allowed to bring my Spouse & my daughter. 2nd I ran out if cash on 16th May, and there is no proper response till this date 29th May 2022 to provide me funds. So basically, what does the TechMahindra expect me to do without money in a foreign country? How will I survive without basic needs – Food, travel to office, paying hotel rent? How could I book my return ticket back to India? I cannot express in words for the torture I experienced. Now I am back at home came on emergency Basis, booked my own flight ticket.
When I checked to apply leave! Since I was converted to Saudi Employee, I am not even able to apply leave!

Now there are 4 issues
1. I did not receive my India Salary! Because I was converted to Saudi Employee.
2. I am not able to fill my timesheet nor apply leave.
3. I did not receive my advance salary in forex card for on-site expenses.
4. I am not allowed to bring my spouse & daughter.

All this because of the HR Team mistake. There should be immediate action taken to the HR Team for emotionally torturing me.
