Company detail - Tech mahindra limited - A6-64 Noida UP 201301.

Company blame me for Token of apology (TOA) has been initiated of ₹10, 000 in morning 7:41 am on 27th Aug but I have not done any transaction of TOA and my shift timing was 2pm to 11pm. I told them to please investigate regarding the issue but my TL and Quality Manager deny to investigate my case and mention ₹10, 000 fraud without any investigation and terminate me from organization.

I have also send email to HR to please Investigate my case and I want leagal action on this issue but I am not getting any response from HR side or my TL Side that's why I came here to complain.

It's my humble request to please take legal action to prove me that I am not guilty..
