Hello Team, Order No is [protected]. Purchased unboxed Handset from Snapdeal. Right from day one facing issues: Generated Return request No: 19530117 on 16.02.16 with Snapdeal I am facing issue with the Handset, The Battery drains without use on standby, and unable to login to my mail accounts and Download Apps. The Service Centre says there might be a Technical issue with the Handset. They are charging me Rs 150/- to check the Handset and issue me letter for defective item. They checked with the Handset serial number on site and informed me that the Handset is out of Warranty. They also said I would have to pay for a new battery. As I was assured of 6 months Brand Warranty, I refused to pay. I already bought another Handset with 1 year Warranty at half the price I paid for this. I don't want so much hassles. and I don't want to waste any more time, money, energy going to the Service Centre for chargeable repairs. I have complained to Snapdeal. Screenshot attached. Feb 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The Company is only buying time and is not acting pro-actively in this regard. Their CCEs keep calling me and I have to repeat the issue all over.

The Company mailed me, ([protected]@snapdeal.com) but they told me speak to the Seller. They provided a wrong number. Their executives called me, but they are telling me to take the item to the Service Centre, which I have already done. Tell me why should I take it to a Service Centre and pay for repairs when I was assured of 6 months brand Warranty. I also put up the complaint on Facebook and they said we will get it sorted out. which is doubtful.
I have mailed Mr Kunal Bahl, CEO, Snapdeal but still nothing has been done.
