TechProcess Payment Services Limi — transaction failed but the amount is debited.

Sir/Madam,

On 7th August 2018, I booked ticket with VRL Travels. I paid Rs.1197/- through credit card but the connection was interrupted and the ticket was not booked. But the money was debited from my card. It happened two times and every time money was debited. But the transaction was not completed. Many times, if transaction is failed, the money is refunded within 7 days. But it was not refunded this time.

I request you to kindly check and arrange the refund.
