Amount debited from my account but not credited to KSEB

Paid KSEB Bill through netbanking using TechProcess Gateway. Money was debited from my account, but not credited to KSEB.
Details:
Date: 25-Aug-2023
Electricity Bill payment. Amount: 9539.78 including TechProcess fee
Paid through my HDFC Bank netbanking facility.
Bank Ref: [protected]/[protected] payment confirmed with narration: TECHKERALASTATEELECT

Website doesn't open (connection refused),...

        Recently paid tax to government via Axis bank using techprocess ltd.

        Its more than 3 days still its not updated in the government website for the transactions below.

        Similar issue many of them reported on TechProcess . Please try to solve this issue .

                  I have used "Tech process" payment gateway towards the payment to a party "Chinar Life Style", based at Kashmir, through "India Mart", on 12th June 2021, for Rs.18270.

                  The first time when i made the payment, i received an intimation from Indiamart stating the "payment failed". Therefore I made the payment again and it was successful. The party received the payment once. My account was debited twice in my Indian bank account, by Rs.18270+18270.

                  Dt. 12th June 2021

                    I had paid my UPPCL bill(Accoutn No.[protected] through Techprocess on 20/05/2021. The amount Rs.3320 was deducted from my Amex CC(ending with 007, transaction ID: AT211400004000010064462), but the receipt not generated.

                    It is more than 20 days, the amount neither credited in to UPPCL nor refunded till the date.

                    please look in this matter and take necessary action urgently.

                                        I have transferred an amount of Rs..20004.72 through PNB Internet banking to M/S.MUTHOOT FINANCE ON[protected]. Amount has been deducted from my ACCOUNT But not credited to Merchant account. So far till today[protected] not reversed in my account.

                                        I had paid my electricity bills throgh techprocess gateway and I got a error message. Next day again i did the same transaction and same error received. But in both amount has been deducted from my PNB (Punjab National Bank) account which is total of 1481.56 (740.78+740.78).
                                        I did this transactions on 07 Dec 2020 and 08 Dec 2020 reapectively.
                                        So please do the needful.
