On 9th aug-2020 at 12.09 hrs i had payed counselling fees of 5017.7 rupees towards techprocess solutions ltd pg and the same has been confirmed by my icici bank for which the transation id:[protected].
Can you plse look into this and come back to me. I tried calling your number but their is no response.

    Booked text books in textbookcorp.in and made online payment Rs 812 through tech process solution Ltd...and got debited the same amount in my bank A/C...but the amount not yet credited to concerned and reflecting thier website that payment has not done...so pl consider and resolve it as soon as possible...text books are required urgently so pl do the needful...

      I deposited my dish tv recharge monthly amount rs 290.00 on dated[protected] through net banking in favour of tata sky the same has been deducted/debited from my bank account but not credited in tata sky account nor return in my account.           I have made a payment today[protected] from ICICI account[protected] to Vellore institute of technology, vellore, TN, India . It's was a payment of Rs .381765 -/- as tution fee ( college ) . During the payment process we were left with a blank screen and nothing happened for a very long time . The money was deducted in our account but the payment wasn't successful . The bak have us an transaction remark ( ID most probably ) as BIL\DEBIT\[protected] . See to this problem. Immediately as I have pay it before 25th of this month . Check weather the payment is completed and the vendor didn't get it or if not refund the money as soon as possible . Do the needful as soon as possible since I have no time . The amount is very huge and important to me . So do check it very carefully and let me know what happened during the payment .

                I made a payment for property tax with this Techprocess payment services on 31/03/2020. In this process my amt was deducted from my bank but the payment was not made to the concern party. Till date my amt was not refunded. Many a times I contacted the helpline number there was no response. Please help me to get back my amt.

                      I had booked a bus ticket on msrtc application in shivneri bus from mumbai to pune on jan 6 2020. The amount charged for the ticket is rs.525.
                      My booking was confirmed. My bus stop was gundavali-mumbai to hinjewadi-pune.
                      I waited at the bus stop for around 1hour but the bus didn't come.
                      Neither there was any notification nor any message for the bus delay.
                      Also the shivneri bus depot was responding to the call.
                      I tried to cancel it it was not getting cancelled, therefore i want my refund of money
                      Kindly refund my money back to the same bank.

After accepting all credentials, amount was debited from my account in icici bank (Nagercoil branch) but the payment process didnot go through.                               Today (22.10.2018), i was booking train ticket in irctc website and payment was attempted through netbanking via tech process payment gateway. After accepting all credentials, amount was debited from my account in canara bank (Valasaravakkam branch) but the payment process didnot go through. But it is not reflecting as failed transaction in irctc website. My bank transacton shows a debit entry as follows:

                                On 7th August 2018, I booked ticket with VRL Travels. I paid Rs.1197/- through credit card but the connection was interrupted and the ticket was not booked. But the money was debited from my card. It happened two times and every time money was debited. But the transaction was not completed. Many times, if transaction is failed, the money is refunded within 7 days. But it was not refunded this time.
