TechProcess Payment Services Limi — Transaction not complete and payment not refund

My transaction of 1020 Rs. On 29April The Transaction ID is

On 29 AprilThe Transaction ID is [protected] REQUEST NUMBER : [protected] Are not clear in your side .Then I do same amount transaction on 30 April to pay my university fees .they clear and my fees is paid but my first two transaction amount not reach in my bank account. So please refund my amount of first two transaction.
