Techprocess Payment Services Ltd. — amount paid - transaction successful but amount not credited to beneficiary

I made internet renewal payment for hathway through techprocess on jan31 9.20pm [google pay] of rs.3831
The transaction is successful but hathway is claiming that they haven't received the amount. I confirmed from my bank also that the transaction is successful.
So the amount should be credited to techprocess but not transferred to hathway. Please refund the amount to my account back
