I received the product on 18th june in the condition (Refer image below) it has been already used by someone, the box is torn and the machine is not working.

I have been trying to reach to the mobile no mentioned on the receipt but no one is picking the phone. Truecaller shows the name, harsh singh.

I also sent what's app & email messages to the number (Image attached) but no response.

It has been 2 weeks since I have ordered a product from this site, and haven't received the product till date despite several mails to the vendor. I have just received one response that the product is in transit. shall reach you soon.
