I had ordered a handy portable sewing machine before 6 month n paid rs 999 through net banking and payment is also successful. I had the transaction i'd. I am unable to track the order & there are no updates regarding the order i don't know where my money has gone and if my order is not placed how my money will be refunded. It's terrible. I lost my money and also the product. Only 1 email received that ur product is dispatched please help me.

I received the product on 18th june in the condition (Refer image below) it has been already used by someone, the box is torn and the machine is not working.

I have been trying to reach to the mobile no mentioned on the receipt but no one is picking the phone. Truecaller shows the name, harsh singh.

I also sent what's app & email messages to the number (Image attached) but no response.
